Wellness and Work: Redefining Strategies for Women as Workplaces and Economies Evolve
This research paper focuses on the importance of employees having a supportive work environment that prevents negative effects on their wellbeing, or adversely impacts their productivity and creativity opportunities for economic success, as well as full participation in the workforce.
The study aims to identify possibilities and risks for the future of work, especially for women's role in the workplace post COVID-19. It also investigates how to mitigate these risks by exploring the emerging and re-imagined strategies that will support women and their wellbeing in the work milieu.
This study is making the assumption that work environments can be created, reconfigured and designed to prevent and mitigate health issues at some significant level across employment sectors.
