Jillian Eileen Harris is a full-time student in Strategic Foresight & Innovation, focusing on the futures of leadership, organizational culture, and systems thinking that challenge the status quo. Her passion for conflict transformation and well-being is reflected in her certifications as a mediator, facilitator, and yoga instructor. Currently, she is pursuing a certificate in Conflict Management at the University of Waterloo and working towards becoming an ICF-certified Executive Leadership & Life Coach through the Institute for Coaching Excellence.

With a decade of experience as a performer and creative producer, Jillian has an extensive background in acting for stage, film, television, voice work, and commercials, with a particular affinity for queer and contemporary expressions. She has produced immersive, all-original award-winning productions, leading creative teams of up to thirty artists from concept to execution. This rich history in the arts has equipped Jillian with a unique blend of storytelling, research, strategic thinking, and project management skills, making her a creative and empathetic leader.
