Project: Bridging Futures: From Personal to Community Flourishing
Project Description: What if the key to a flourishing community starts with your personal growth? Personal futures tools are methods and practices used to help individuals envision their path, set meaningful goals, and tackle challenges head-on using foresight and strategic planning. These tools have traditionally been used for personal growth, helping individuals craft their own visions of success. But what if we can harness the power of personal futures tools to uplift communities as well? This research project explores the intersection between strategic foresight, community engagement, and personal development, aiming to discover how personal futures tools can be adapted and applied to foster, not only personal flourishing, but community flourishing, too.
