This research explores the transformative potential of artificial intelligence (AI) for small and medium businesses (SMBs) in the food and beverage sector. Drawing from my professional expertise in AI adoption and business strategy, this Major Research Project (MRP) examines how AI can drive sustainable competitive advantages through enhanced customer insights, optimized operations, and ethical implementation. Using a structured, research-driven approach, the project identifies adoption barriers, showcases industry best practices, and proposes actionable strategies to foster innovation. The goal is to equip SMBs with the knowledge, tools, and industry support they need to navigate the evolving AI landscape effectively.
Vandana is a passionate User Experience Design strategist with a background in Human-Computer Interaction, AI, Accessibility, and Industrial Design. She focuses on optimizing user experience by prioritizing clear content, simple navigation, and dynamic design, with a strong ability to blend creative and usability viewpoints to deliver world-class web and mobile applications. Her design process is centered around exploring new avenues and spheres of design thinking, with a goal of creating perceptible change in human values and fostering sustainable, eco-friendly user-centered designs.
